Dear Sir: 

The following is a vote of the Board of Election Com- 
missioners taken under date of October 4, 1954. 

Voted, to decrease the number of precincts in 
Ward 13, from 16 to 11, and in Ward 16, from 
20 to 12. 

These changes, which will make a total of 290 pre- 
cincts in the City of Boston, are set forth in the descrip- 
tion accompanying this letter. 

The new precinct lines are to become effective for the 
police listing of January 1, 1955.
